The Rockies placed Kris Bryant on the 10-day injured list, retroactive to July 22, because of a fractured left index finger. Braves Acquire Pierce Johnson
The Braves announced that they have acquired right-hander Pierce Johnson from the Rockies, sending pitching prospects Victor Vodnik and Tanner Gordon the other way. The Rockies are adding right-hander Tommy Doyle to their roster today, per Thomas Harding of MLB.com and Patrick Lyons of DNVR.
