Open Thread: Colorado Avalanche vs. Philadelphia Flyers (5:00 p.m. MT)

Colorado sets out on a four-game road trip with the first shop in Philadelphia.

After completing a four-game homestand, the Colorado Avalanche head out east to kick off a four-game road trip and take on the Philadelphia Flyers, this will be the first of two regular-season matchups between these teams this season. There will also be a celebration for Erik Johnson’s 1000th NHL game which he played in on Saturday, which will be nice to have with his former team in the building.
