Arkansas wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa is a high-upside developmental player who the Broncos have shown interest in.
One player the Denver Broncos have shown a lot of interest in is Arkansas wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa. He is a 6’4”, 214-pound wide receiver who is one of the more athletic receivers in this entire draft. He was a standout workout warrior at the Combine and has had multiple conversations, via phone call or Zoom, with the Broncos throughout the draft process.
TeSlaa appeared in a total of 25 games for Arkansas and was a productive member of their offense. During his two seasons, he totaled 62 receptions for 896 yards and 5 touchdown receptions. This past season, he totaled 28 receptions for 545 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Arkansas WR Isaac Teslaa has caught my eye on film today. Power slot with potential to be an outside WR.
For those who love it, his RAS is a 9.97. Big and athletic pass catcher. A name to watch in the #NFLDraft2025 pic.twitter.com/sOj54ovlv7

What other analysts are saying about Arkansas wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa
NFL.com’s draft analyst Lance Zierlein on WR Isaac TeSlaa
TeSlaa is a big slot receiver whose stock might be on the rise after his performances during Senior Bowl week. He can mismatch smaller cornerbacks with his frame and play strength and is a reliable pass catcher when contested. He builds up speed as a vertical slot but isn’t sudden enough to simply uncover as a possession slot against tight man. TeSlaa’s ball skills and ability to work down the field from the slot should carry backup value for teams in the market for help at receiver.
Final Thoughts
I am really intrigued by his skill set and would not hate it if the Broncos rolled the dice on him on day 3 of the 2025 NFL Draft.
I am a sucker for day 3 picks with high athletic scores like this. Let Payton and his coaching staff coach him up and take advantage of his athletic profile. He comes with good size, plus athleticism, reliable hands, and the ability to run block. That checks a lot of boxes for Payton, and I think he could be an intriguing addition to the Broncos’ wide receiver room.
If you can run block, Payton will find a way to get you on the field, and it appears the Broncos are interested. According to reports, they have been in contact with him multiple times throughout the draft process, so we’ll see if anything comes from that.
These testing numbers, combined with his size, will move him up boards in what seems like a weaker receiver draft. However, I still see him as a day 3 pick and wouldn’t hate it if they rolled the dice here and selected TeSlaa.
