The new Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit will be a state-of-the-art, 320,000 square foot, three-story facility.
Good morning, Broncos Country.
Out with the old and in with the new.
Effective immediately, the Denver Broncos have renamed their current training facility from Centura Health Training Center to Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit. Additionally, the team announced that the new facility, a whopping $175 million investment, will open in 2026. The perks of having the richest ownership group in the National Football League—who have not been shy about investing in the franchise and making noticeable improvements across the board.
“CommonSpirit has been a terrific healthcare partner for the Broncos over the last year not only with naming rights but working hand-in-hand with us on impactful community outreach.”

According to the release, Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit will be a three-story, 320,000 square foot building located on a 26-acre campus which will be connected to the current Pat Bowlen Fieldhouse. Moreover, the groundbreaking and development at headquarters won’t be done until after the preseason—so fans across Broncos Country will get one last time to enjoy the grassy perch to view this year’s training camp battles leading up to the regular season.
This endeavor highlights the new ownership’s commitment to excellence and diligence to keep the Broncos one of the premier franchises in the NFL.
