FanDuel is back for another Kick of Destiny run, except this time they plan to pit brother against brother.
The Denver Broncos were knocked out of the playoffs last week by the Buffalo Bills, but the big show must continue on. The good news for us is we’ll get a little Peyton Manning action on Super Bowl weekend and I might actually watch — even if its the wretched Kansas City Chiefs playing again in that game.
FanDuel is starting to turn this Kick of Destiny thing into an annual Super Bowl pre-game ritual. They had Rob Gronkowski do it the last two years, but this year we’ve got a special treat with both Peyton Manning and Eli Manning competing for the top prize.
What is Kick of Destiny 3?
The Manning brothers will compete in a head-to-head kicking competition live on Fox pre-game on Super Bowl Sunday at 1 p.m. MT.
Us normies can also participate by making the right pick on who we think will win via the FanDuel Sportsbook app. Those who pick correctly will split an equal share of the $10 million in bonus bets to be paid out on Monday after the Super Bowl. Picks can be made from now until 1 p.m. mountain time on Super Bowl Sunday.

- If no winner is decided after 3 rounds, the kicker who kicked it closest to the center target on the net in the last round wins the tiebreaker
My Professional Analysis
My gut says to go with Eli Manning here. Peyton has multiple neck surgeries and we all remember how well he moved and that was over a decade ago. Eli is the safe pick for the safe play, but the riskier the pick the bigger the reward.
What if — and just follow me for a second here — Peyton’s giraffe-life movement is the perfect stability posture for kicking at 25-yard field goal?
Straight ahead. Straight up. Straight in. Easy.
I think Peyton’s bionic neck might be the play here for some free bones on Monday after the Chiefs get blown out by the Detroit Lions.
