Izzy Nix
Denver Broncos rookie quarterback Bo Nix is putting in work this offseason to make sure he’s ready for Week 1 of the 2024 season.
On Thursday, a video of Bo working out with his wife Izzy surfaced on Instagram. The 12th overall pick in this year’s draft was sprinting down the street while pulling his wife’s weight with him.
Izzy posted a video of their workout on Instagram along with this caption: “trainer izzy out.” Unsurprisingly, Broncos fans are loving this video.
“Bo Nix better run for 1,000 yards this year,” a fan said.
Another fan tweeted, “This is marriage goals.”
Bo and Izzy are certainly “marriage goals” as that one fan said. They met back when they were students at Auburn. It wasn’t until 2022 when they tied the knot.

As for Nix’s career as a football player, he showed last year at Oregon that he can be a star. However, the NFL isn’t going to be an easy challenge for him.
Luckily for Nix, Broncos head coach Sean Payton has already made it abundantly clear that he’s very confident in his abilities.
“He’s extremely intelligent, really smart. He handled a lot of the protections,” Payton said, via NFL.com. “When you watch him, it’s pretty calming. He’s very efficient, and it’s not just because of the [underneath throws]. You see a ton of NFL throws in their offense.”
Time will tell if Nix can lead the Broncos back to the promised land.
