Colorado State football’s final run in the Mountain West Conference will begin at San Diego State and end at home against Air Force, the league announced Thursday in its full conference schedule reveal for next fall.
With four non-conference games already announced, including three at home, the Rams will again play a total of seven games at Canvas Stadium in 2025.
“We’re excited that we get to host seven games at Canvas Stadium for the second consecutive season,” CSU head coach Jay Norvell said in a news release. “Playing at home gives our team a great advantage and we cannot wait for the 2025 season to get here.”
After four nonconference games, the Rams will make the trip to San Diego to face the Aztecs on Oct. 4, followed the next Saturday, Oct. 11, by their first league home game of the season against Fresno State.
On Oct. 18, the Rams will host Hawaii before traveling to Wyoming on Oct. 25 in what will be the final Border War battle until 2028. That game will be followed by the team’s second bye week of the season.
The last four games of the season will begin with a home game against UNLV on Nov. 8, followed by road games at New Mexico on Nov. 15 and Boise State on Nov. 22. CSU will then close its regular season at home against Air Force on Nov. 29.
The Mountain West championship game is scheduled for Dec. 5.
“We have a great schedule as we compete in our final year in the Mountain West, and we are working extremely hard to make sure the fan experience on campus and in Canvas Stadium is special,” CSU director of athletics John Weber said in the release.
The Rams’ nonconference schedule had been previously announced. CSU will open its season Aug. 30 at Washington before the first of three home contests in a row, Sept. 6 against Northern Colorado. Following the first bye week, the Rams will host UTSA on Sept. 20 before ending the nonconference portion of their schedule at home against Washington State on Sept. 27.
