Shedeur Sanders continues to make headlines for his off-the-field behavior.
Saturday night, Colorado took down Colorado State. The Buffaloes improved to 2-1 on the year with the win. But following the game, Shedeur Sanders refused to shake hands with one of his opponents. Sanders was seen not shaking hands with Colorado State quarterback Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi. The Rams quarterback had said that Sanders and the Buffaloes were in for a rude awakening.
“They came out with that attitude and thought it was going to be a cakewalk,” Fowler-Nicolosi said of the Buffaloes’ 43-35 double-overtime victory in 2023 to Romi Bean of CBS Colorado. “They got a rude, rude awakening real quick. I think it goes to show the hype, the media train, all that only gets you so far. At the end of the day, you have to line up 11 guys against our 11 guys and we’ll find out who wants it more. We’ll see how far Instagram followers gets them.”
Saturday night, Shedeur got payback.
Sanders was spotted talking back to the Colorado State quarterback on Saturday night.
“You were talking that s- -t on Instagram” Sanders said.
He added: “you can’t f–k with me.”
Was Shedeur Sanders in the right for refusing to shake hands or did he cross the line?
