This has not been the get-back game the Bulls might have hoped for from Coby White with Zach LaVine out for the night.
13 points on 4-for-11 shooting. Coby is struggling to get to the rim, but has shot 3-for-5 from behind the arc.
Let’s see if he turns that up in the fourth. – 9:35 PM

Bulls are gonna get their threes up even with LaVine out. They usually give up a heap of points in the paint but Raps are tied 16-16 there after 1Q. Raps transition defence is rough so far so Bulls have the advantage there as well 9-4.
Need that Shaqob Poeltl usage again. – 8:08 PM

Bulls list Zach LaVine (low back spasms) and Dalen Terry (right knee contusion) questionable vs. Raptors. Nikola Vucevic (illness) and Lonzo Ball (left knee injury management) are probable.
For Toronto, Scottie Barnes, Bruce Brown and Immanuel Quickley all remain out. – 9:27 PM

As a result, the Nuggets have either expressed interest in, or have had preliminary trade discussions on the following players: Chicago’s Zach Lavine, Washington’s Jordan Poole, Utah’s Jordan Clarkson, Atlanta’s De’Andre Hunter, Brooklyn’s Cam Johnson and Washington’s Jonas Valančiūnas. -via New York Times / December 17, 2024
Julia Poe: Zach LaVine and Dalen Terry are both out tonight, per Billy Donovan. -via Twitter @byjuliapoe / December 16, 2024
Should the Bulls feel left out in the cold? Far from it. In fact, executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas should be excited that the Feb. 6 trade deadline is still far away and the trade-asset line already has started moving. A source indicated that the Bulls’ goal is to continue aggressively shopping Lonzo Ball, Nikola Vucevic and Zach LaVine, as well as any other name that makes sense. That was their focus going into the season, and it remains their focus even while some solid moments of basketball have been played. -via Chicago Sun-Times / December 16, 2024
