Can the Mets summon the power of Grimace at home or will the Dodgers power ahead?
After an encouraging win on Monday in Los Angeles to tie the series 1-1, the New York Mets are set to begin a three-game stand at home against the fearsome Dodgers.
Game 2 displayed a known problem for the Dodgers’ pitching staff. Injuries have decimated their rotation, while lackluster performance has sometimes reared its head. Meanwhile, the Mets, led by MVP candidate Francisco Lindor, have continued to find magic at the plate.
Can the Mets keep up the magic at home or will the Dodgers again put their best foot forward behind Shohei Ohtani and company?
The game airs at 6:08 pm MST on Fox/FS1.
